I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel safe being their authentic selves.
I work with clients to explore and address a range of concerns such as anger management, anxiety, career transitions, communication challenges, depression, family dynamics, grief, relationship issues, relocation, self-esteem, school stressors, social isolation, stress, and trauma.
My therapeutic approach is centered around building rapport and establishing trust. I provide a supportive space where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, feelings, and personal experiences. Together, we identify therapeutic goals and develop a meaningful plan of action. I support clients as they gain insight, build coping skills, and work toward achieving their therapeutic goals.I serve children, adults, couples.
