Life can be challenging and, even with our best efforts, we can have difficulty sorting through our own challenges. Let us help. Sometimes, having an impartial listener can help. Whether you're anxious, depressed or trying to sort through relationship difficulties, our therapists are trained to give you our full attention and help you find the solutions that work for you.

We offer the options of in-person therapy, virtual counseling or telephone sessions to current and new clients. (Our virtual services are offered through HIPPA compliant and encrypted services. This option involves new clients filling out intake forms--links on first page of this site--and either faxing them to 817-275-3720 or emailing them to our office at centerstaff@hotmail.com. Arrangement of payment method needs to be made with our office and we are glad to file insurance claims when appropriate.)

Credit cards are also accepted. All our therapists are licensed in the state of Texas.

Relationship decisions are complicated. This book addresses many aspects of the dilemma many women face--whether to leave him or try different ways to make it work.

Don't go it alone. Should I Leave Him? gives suggestions to help you know the direction you need to take.

Dr. Carol Doss, Ph.D., Licensed Professional Counselor,
Clinical Director

Dr. Carol Doss counsels individuals and families, especially enjoying working with couples and teens. She also conducts seminars at the Center and is available for workshops elsewhere.

A Licensed Professional Counselor with over twenty-five years of experience in the non-profit sector, Dr. Carol Doss works with a variety of clients. She encourages individuals to take control of their lives by enabling them to direct their own thoughts, feelings and behavior, thus experiencing personal power.

Developing healthy, happy relationships with mates and children can be one of the most difficult challenges we face...and the most important. Carol's goal is to help adults and children discover their strengths and release their inner potential which leads to the creation of stronger relationships and greater success in life overall.

Carol brings a unique perspective to the counseling process. Understanding individuals from their own viewpoints enables her to better assist in the situations they face. Human interaction brings the greatest learning. She credits her thirty-five year marriage and her co-parenting of her two grown daughters with her greatest education.

As Clinical Director, she also supervises Masters level interns and is an state-approved LPC Supervisor.
